Driver verification

every driver submits their licence number and vehicle details before they can accept a trip. Drivers on a private fleet are additionally vetted by that fleet's own owner, under verification guidelines we require them to follow.

Your information, protected

As'Vaye collects only the information it needs to run your trip safely — your name, contact details, trip data, and, for drivers, verification documents and biometric checks. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

When you press the panic button

When triggered, the app immediately sends an SMS with your exact live location to the two emergency contacts you set up when you joined — so someone you trust knows you need help right away. As'Vaye's own support team is notified too, for your safety record.
